Dee Poisson Fine Art

Dee Poisson is a Central Alberta artist who endeavours to share the essence of her idyllic surroundings through drawings, paintings or mixed media art. She seeks to understand and capture a moment in time so that she can present that experience through her artwork to others. Poisson aims to grasp a glimpse of the ephemeral beauty of and her emotional connection to nature through dynamic colour, engaging shapes, and complex design.

Through a desire to include a variety of media in her work, Dee has shifted her process. She finds joy in the freedom of new possibilities that add to what she already knows.
